Refund policy
If for some reason you wish to return you must contact us within 7 days after receiving the item and the item must be returned within 14 days. During the Christmas season, purchases made from November through December, this time limit for first contact will be extended to 30 days.
Custom made or custom altered pieces cannot be returned.
If an item is received broken a return will not be necessary, only a picture of the item will be required. An insurance claim will be filed and it may be necessary for you to provide information or a statement to the insurer. A claim will also be submitted if an item goes missing. A replacement piece of the same design will then be sent out to you. If a replacement piece is not available (in stock) you may pick a different piece of equal or lesser value or you can request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is received smelling of perfume, smoke, etc. it is not considered to be in new condition. The return may be refused and will be subject to a loss of value fee.
If an item received free shipping the cost we are out for the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues.
Our goal is your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
