Shipping policy

Jewelry items:

We ship Jewelry (except watchs) items from Oregon.  We must be provided with an address that has been verified by the USPS and must have a USPS mail receptacle at the address (box, slot).

We typically ship Jewelry items (except watchs) within 2 business days; sometimes we are able to ship the same day.

Orders that receive free shipping will ship via USPS Ground Advantage with typical transit times ranging from 3-7 business days (not counting processing time).

Priority shipping orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day or possibly by UPS 3 day select. These orders receive priority placement and will ship as quickly as possible. This is a faster service than Ground Advantage, but is not guaranteed.

Priority Mail Express 2-3 day guaranteed. These orders will ship the same day if possible, and by the following business day via USPS. On some occasions UPS might be used. This service is guaranteed.

Typically these will ship within 2-7 Business Days.

Please be aware that items purchased from overseas may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), and/or customs duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are typically levied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. The amount payable can vary depending on the type of goods, their value, and the regulations of your destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before completing your purchase.
